HARVEYS are made fully from seatbelts! The idea for these creative handbags came from Dana and Melanie Harvey while replacing seatbelts in their 1950 Buick. Melanie wanted a new purse to match the newly installed seatbelts. The handbag was a huge hit, and the rest is history. The first time I saw these bags was at Her Bags in Chicago, IL. and I instantly feel in love!
